I thought if my home looked like it belonged in a magazine, my family dined on gourmet meals and I stayed out of debt, life would be peaceful and perfect. I finally realized that I was searching for fulfillment and validation from the outside world. Yes, I needed my home to run efficiently, but I felt a nagging in my heart that I was made for more. If I was going to have a full life with the peace that transcends human understanding, I needed to make God the center. I needed to put Him in charge instead of feeling like it was all up to me. I created a plan that fits ME. Simple routines to incorporate faith into my daily tasks. A lifestyle that’s allowing me to prosper into the woman God is calling me to be. How can we ensure a happy death?
We have been working our way through all the mysteries of the rosary from the Joyful Mysteries all the way through to the Glorious Mysteries. Today, we have reached the 4th Glorious Mystery. The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The fruit of this mystery is a happy death.
In today's podcast episode I give you 5 things you can do to ensure a happy death. All we have to do is look to the rosary which is the life and death of Jesus and the life and death of our Blessed Mother. When we pray the rosary and meditate on the mysteries, we are learning how to live so that we may die happy and reunite with our Lord and Savior at the heavenly banquet.
